Lovebirds Paper started as a way for its creators to work on projects together, even though they were living in different cities. From turning shared drawings into papercut art, and turning the cut art and designs into other art projects, the two lovebirds began documenting the work and process of spending time together creating.

It is our hope you will find our craft projects a fun way to spend time together with your family, friends, and loved ones.

Levi is a tattooer, author and illustrator of children’s books, and country gravy connoisseur. Levi draws the stencils for these papercut projects, and collaborates on their applications once they are cut out. He studied illustration at the Art Institute of Seattle, has designed and manufactured silk screened merchandise, and had his words and pictures appear in several publications.

Muriel manages a violin shop in Seattle and spends her bench time restoring instrument varnish. She is also completing her Masters in Library and Information Science through the University of Washington.  She wields the xacto knifes, hunts down pretty and unusual papers, and collaborates with Levi on applying finished papercuts to full-blown crafty projects.
